Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through the HEY MAUSI online shop at heymausi.com.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
2. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a binding contractual offer.
By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the products in your basket. You can review and correct your information before completing the order.
The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order, particularly through confirmation by email or shipment of the ordered goods.
If we cannot accept an order, any payments already made will be refunded.
3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices shown in the online shop are final prices in euros and include applicable statutory VAT where relevant.
Shipping costs may also apply. Current shipping rates and free shipping thresholds are shown before checkout and on our Shipping page.
4. Payment methods
Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
Depending on the country and availability, these may include credit or debit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, EPS, Klarna and PayPal.
The availability of individual payment methods may depend on the destination country, order value or payment provider. Additional terms from external payment providers may apply.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the European destinations listed in our shipping overview.
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days and then handed to the carrier.
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Statutory rights in the event of delayed delivery remain unaffected.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage generally passes only when the goods are delivered to the consumer or a third party appointed by them.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
7. Right of cancellation
Consumers generally have a statutory right of cancellation for distance contracts.
Details of the conditions, deadlines and consequences, together with the model cancellation form, are available in our Cancellation Policy.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods after cancellation unless otherwise agreed. Your statutory rights regarding damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered goods remain unaffected.
8. Returns
Practical information about returns is available in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
To help us process your return, you may register it by emailing info@heymausi.com with your name, order number and the items being returned.
This returns information does not limit your statutory right of cancellation.
9. Statutory warranty
Statutory warranty provisions apply.
If an item is faulty, contact us at info@heymausi.com so we can deal with your request as quickly as possible.
Any manufacturer's guarantees apply in addition to the statutory warranty and do not limit your statutory rights.
10. Product presentation
We make every effort to display colours, sizes and other product features as accurately as possible.
Colours may differ slightly from the actual goods depending on the screen, device settings and lighting. These technical differences do not affect statutory warranty rights.
11. Liability
Statutory liability provisions apply. Liability for death, personal injury or damage to health and liability under mandatory legal provisions remain unaffected.
12. Applicable law
Austrian law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not remove the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer is habitually resident.
13. Alternative dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Statutory information obligations in a specific dispute remain unaffected.

Deliveries outside the EU
We also deliver to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. Deliveries outside the EU may take longer due to customs clearance. Any customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are your responsibility as the recipient. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are not paid by HEY MAUSI.
