Can I use a discount on Studio Aelbo?
Studio Aelbo is excluded from all discounts and promotions, including the €10 welcome discount for newsletter signups.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on your destination and order. You can find all rates and conditions on our Shipping & Delivery page. The final shipping cost is shown at checkout.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed on business days before 15:00 are usually dispatched the same day. Our normal processing time is 1–2 business days. Delivery time is additional and depends on the destination and carrier. During holiday periods, we display any different processing times on the website. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Register your return within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to send the items back.
For returns from Austria, Germany and the Netherlands, we provide a return label and deduct €6.90 from your refund. For all other countries, including the United Kingdom, you arrange and pay for return shipping yourself. We do not provide a return label for these countries.
How do I register a return?
Email info@heymausi.com with your name, order number and the items you wish to return. We will send you the return instructions and, where applicable, a return label.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order for the desired size or color.
My item is damaged or was delivered incorrectly. What now?
Oh no! Write to us at info@heymausi.com and it's best to include a photo and your order number right away. We will find a suitable solution. In this case, we will of course cover the necessary return costs ourselves.
What payment methods are available?
You can see the available payment methods at checkout. Depending on your country, you can pay with credit card, debit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, EPS, Klarna, or PayPal, among others.

At HEY MAUSI, you will find a colorful mix of familiar favorites and new discoveries from around the world. We choose brands with their own character, beautiful materials and special details that you can mix and match.
Are the items in stock?
Most of our items are in stock. Availability is shown on each product page.
What if an item I ordered is no longer available?
If an item unexpectedly turns out to be sold out after you place your order, I will send you a personal email. We will find a suitable solution together.
