The euro rates and free shipping thresholds are converted at the current checkout exchange rate. Your exact shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Worldwide shipping on request
Is your country not listed above? We also offer worldwide shipping by arrangement. Before placing your order, email info@heymausi.com with your destination country and the items you would like to order. We will check the shipping options and confirm the shipping costs and estimated delivery time.
Deliveries outside the EU
Deliveries outside the EU may take longer due to customs clearance. Any customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are your responsibility as the recipient. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are not paid by HEY MAUSI.
Processing and delivery
Orders placed on working days before 15:00 are usually dispatched the same day. Our normal processing time is 1–2 working days. Delivery time is additional and depends on the destination and carrier.
During holiday periods, we display any different processing times on the website.
Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details by email. Weekends, public holidays and customs clearance can cause delivery delays.
Customs and import charges
If your delivery address is outside the EU, any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees are payable by you. These charges are separate from our shipping costs.
Returns
You can register a return within 14 days of receiving it.
To register a return, email info@heymausi.com with your order number, your name and the items you would like to return.
Returns from Austria, Germany and the Netherlands
For returns from these three countries, we provide a return label. A flat return shipping fee of €6.90 is deducted from your refund.
Returns from all other countries
For returns from all other countries, including the United Kingdom, you arrange and pay for return shipping yourself. We do not provide a return label for these countries. Contact us at info@heymausi.com for the correct return address and further instructions.
If an item is damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us. We will cover the necessary return shipping costs.
