Refund policy

Would you like to return something? No problem.

You can register a return within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.

Returns from Austria, Germany and the Netherlands

For returns from these three countries, we provide a return label. A flat return shipping fee of €6.90 is deducted from your refund.

Returns from all other countries

For returns from all other countries, including the United Kingdom, you arrange and pay for return shipping yourself. We do not provide a return label for these countries. Contact us at info@heymausi.com for the correct return address and further instructions.

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.

Condition of returned items

Please handle the items carefully during the withdrawal period. You may inspect and try on the goods as you would in a shop.

If the value of an item is reduced through handling beyond what is necessary to check its condition, properties and function, we may claim compensation for that loss in value.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@heymausi.com so we can find a solution together. We will cover the necessary return shipping costs in this case.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded for certain goods, particularly items made specifically for you or clearly personalised.

The statutory 14 day right of withdrawal also applies to regular sale items.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are currently unavailable. If you would like another size, colour or item, return the item you received and place a new order.

Refunds

We will email you once we have received and inspected your return.

After a valid withdrawal, we will refund the payments received in accordance with the law, using the original payment method.

For a full withdrawal, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional costs resulting from a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence that you returned them, whichever occurs first.
